How many guests can the villa sleep?
Up to 18 guests in the beds of the nine rooms; up to 22 when also using the two double sofa beds in suites 2 and 4.
Is the villa shared with other guests?
No, the villa is rented as a whole: the pool, the garden and all the spaces are just for your group.
How many rooms and bathrooms are there?
Nine rooms and nine bathrooms: seven rooms on the ground floor, a two-room family suite on the first floor and a bathroom on the lower floor.
Is there an accessible room?
Yes, room 6 on the ground floor is accessible.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome.
Is there parking?
Yes, private parking for 6 cars within the property.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 16:00 to 20:00, check-out by 10:00.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, €1,000 at check-in, returned on departure after the villa has been checked.
Is electricity included?
Yes, up to 100 kWh per week; beyond that, €0.35 per kWh.
How far is the airport?
Catania airport is about 40 minutes away by car.
Can we organise events or have a chef?
Yes, on request and at an extra charge: private chef, parties, events and weddings. Write to us for a quote.
How do I book?
